Our Policies

At our spa, we have the following policies for our clients and the spa’s mutual convenience.

* APPOINTMENT/ ARRIVALS

We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow plenty of time to pick out the colors and check in.

* LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes. Please call ahead if you think you will be late. After the period, we consider this as “NO SHOW.” The appointment will be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your service could end sooner than usual so that the next guest is not delayed.
* If you are coming with kids, we request you to take care of them.
* You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.

* MANICURE WARRANTY

✔Any Gel, Dip, Full set Mani: 𝟏-𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲
✔Regular Mani: 𝟑-𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲
✔Broken, Chip: 1-week warranty

=> This warranty does not apply for the full set redo. The repair only adapts for some nails, not the whole set.
=> Total Free Upcharge

* PEDICURE WARRANTY

✔Regular Pedi: 𝟏-𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲
✔Gel Pedi: 𝟏𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲

👉Any nails set that is 2-week lasting would be charged normally for the repairing.
